Prepare “apples to apples” RFP format to achieve accurate comparison matrix and response criteria enabling simple and accurate comparison analysis. Identified services requirements as well as terms and conditions. Chaired bidders conference and supported all bidder inquiries and responses.
RFP responses and finalized negotiations produced over $1M in annual cost savings with new carrier – achieving projected savings forecasted prior to project commencement. Realized dramatic enhancement in call center reporting capabilities and management.
