Broke out usage to the call detail level to properly separate Peak vs Off-Peak minutes, analyzed all users and designed overhaul of service plans. Demonstrated to the carrier that limited reporting and account team accountability resulted in customer paying more than it should.
Customer received a $100K credit and reduced monthly costs by more than 25%
