Audited all maintenance bills, broke down all maintenance coverage, redesigned maintenance coverage to better suit actual requirements, identified “crash kit” for critical technology elements, put out maintenance RFP, negotiated lower per port fees based on coverage type.


Changed to 3rd party maintenance provider. Customer’s monthly maintenance expense reduced by 40%. Much more accountable service terms, better ticket system, fewer incidents. Still with same provider 4 years later.
