Implemented Centrex service from a single Central Office to make all calls to other locations an “extension call” with no measured cost. Programmed PBX to select specific Centrex lines and reduce user dialing to 2-digits to reach other offices.
Results
Customer had unlimited calling between offices while almost eliminating expense to do so. Centrex lines used as special trunks at larger locations and primary lines at smaller locations.
